Nearly a week before her wedding to interior designer Gautam Kitchlu, Kajal Aggarwal shared a video flaunting her engagement ring. She captioned the video 'Shaadi Vanity'. After wiggling her fingers, Kajal gave an okay sign and flashed a thumbs up.
She posted the video after images from their engagement ceremony went viral on the internet. Gautam shared a black and white picture of Kajal and Gautam looking happy as ever while enjoying their hush-hush engagement ceremony.
Here it is:
One of the images from the engagement ceremony was photographed against golden balloons in the backdrop. The ceremony was reportedly attended only by very close family members and friends.
Both Gautam Kitchlu and Kajal Aggarwal looked stunning in traditional attires. Kajal was beaming with joy as she posed beside her fiancé.
In fact, the actress herself took to finance Gautam's post and wrote, 'Even this post reflects an element of design.' Later, Kajal posted the same photo on her Instagram stories.
Kajal announced the news of her wedding scheduled to take place on October 30, through her social media handles on October 6. Thereafter, the Southern beauty was seen enjoying a 'playboy-themed' bridal shower party, pictures of which took the internet by storm.
“It gives me immense joy to share that I am getting married to Gautam Kitchlu, on October 30, 2020 in Mumbai, in a small, private ceremony surrounded by our immediate families. This pandemic has certainly shed a sobering light on our joy, but we are thrilled to start our lives together and know that all of you will be cheering us on in spirit,” she said in a statement.
“I thank you for all the love you have showered upon me over the years and we seek your blessings as we embark upon this incredible new journey. I will still continue doing what I cherish the most – entertaining my audience – now, with a whole new purpose and meaning. Thank you for your unending support,” she added.
On the professional front, Kajal is all set to make her Tamil web series debut with 'Live Telecast'. She will also be seen in Sanjay Gupta's Bollywood flick 'Mumbai Saga' which stars John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles.
