TV actor Shree was the first one to enter the show. He has acted in films like Vil Ambu and Maanagaram but he became famous post his stellar act in Onaayum Aatukkuttiyum.
Second contestant on the show is Vaiyapuri, who's acted in over 100 movies with superstars Rajinikanth, Vijay, Ajith and the host Kamal Haasan himself. He is a well known comedian.
Poet and lyricist Snehan is also one of the contestants on Bigg Boss Tamil this year.
Sakthi Vasudevan is director P Vasu's son and has predominantly been seen in his dad's movies of late.
The first woman to enter the house, along with four men is Delhi based model Raiza.
Ovaiya became a household name after her performance in Kalavani and has worked on several projects down South in different languages.
Juliana, who became famous after her appearance during the Jalikattu protests will also be part of the show.
Choreographer and actor Gayathri Raghuram too has joined the show this season.
