Trisha Krishnan aka Trisha who has bounced back with two back-to-back blockbusters, Ponniyin Selvan-1 and Ponniyin Selvan-2, has reacted to her marriage rumours. Recently, there were rumours on social media regarding her marriage, and it was speculated that the actress would get married to a producer.
As per media reports, Trisha is in a relationship with a Malayalam producer, and she will get married to him. Trisha's marriage rumours went viral in no time. However, the actress shut down the rumours and stated that there is no truth in it.
Trisha shuts down the wedding rumours
On Thursday, Trisha reacted to marriage rumours. On X (formerly Twitter), Trisha wrote, "Dear “you know who you are and your team. Keep calm and stop rumouring cheers!"

Trisha was last seen playing Chola princess Kundavai in Man Ratnam's 2-part historical magnum opus, Ponniyin Selvan. During the release of PS-2, Trisha revealed that Mani Ratnam asked her to take inspiration from the former actress and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalitha for her character. Speaking to Film Companion, Trisha said, "He (Mani) said, ‘think of her’. Because we are all from Chennai, we have literally grown up seeing her, watching her films, and how she was as the CM. He said, ‘stop being Trisha, think of her'. How she walks, how she talks, she is always a little bit on guard. She doesn’t let her emotions come up because that's how Kundavai needs to be."
Other projects of Trisha
In the upcoming projects, Trisha will next be seen in Vijay's Leo. In Lokesh Kanagraj's directorial, Trisha will be seen opposite Vijay. Leo also stars Sanjay Dutt as the main antagonist. Leo will be released in cinemas on October 19. Trisha has even completed the shooting of The Road.
Reportedly, the actress has also been roped in to play the female lead in Ajith Kumar's Vidaa Muyarchi. However, an official announcement about the same is awaited. Other projects of the actress include Ram and Identity.
