Although Nawazuddin Siddiqui's film might not have done better business than All is Well at the box office, the film has managed to sustain while the Abhishek Bachchan starrer has dropped immensely on Monday.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has beaten Abhishek Bachchan! No, we aren't saying that Manjhi The Mountain Man has been doing better business than All is Well. But if you look at the growth over the weekdays, Nawaz's film has definitely fared better than AB's movie.

Abhishek's film performed disastrously at the box office and is all set to be a washout at the cash registers by the end of its first week. With the first weekend collections in the range of Rs 8.75 crore, the film could only add around Rs 1.10 crore nett taking its four day total to Rs 9.85 crore, which is dismally low. Also, the film has lost its steam and faced a huge drop of over 55% and will witness even bigger drops throughout the week before its out of the screens. The film's first week collections will not even be able to surpass Alone or Ek Paheli Leela

On the other hand, despite the initial hiccups, Manjhi-The Mountain Man managed to hold on well. The film grossed around Rs 85 lakhs on Monday taking the four day total to about Rs 6.75 crore. By the end of week one, the film should be able to nett in Rs 8.75 crore nett. Although the figures are low in this case as well, the cost of production in case of Manjhi too is much lesser than All is Well.

Given that Manjhi has still managed to rake in consistent moolah over the weekday and All is Well faced a huge drop, it would not be wrong to say that Manjhi is soon becoming a hurdle for All is Well.
