Michael Jackson might have chosen London for his comeback concert series but American audiences would not be left behind, as latest reports suggest that the erstwhile 'King of Pop' might perform for the popular TV show
American Idol.
Simon Cowell, one of the judges at the musical reality show has asked Jackson to make a live appearance and is optimistic that the star will say yes, reported aceshowbiz.com.
Cowell opened up about the possibility of Michael performing in the reality show, during a segment in the sitcom,
Extra.
"It's the best platform he can have in America right now. He'd be stupid not to do it," he said.
Meanwhile Jackson is apparently planning to add new venues to his London concert series and hold a series of American concerts in Las Vegas and New York.
