Interestingly, ever since Sultan was announced with Salman Khan in the lead, more than anything else, the talking point is who the leading lady would be. And that has continued even now. What we hear now is that the makers have an interesting choice in mind. Who? Mandana Karimi!
At a time when names of Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Parineeti Chopra and Kriti Sanon have been doing the rounds, Mandana's name has left us surprised. More so because while the other choices are those of A-listers or potential A-listers, Mandana's firs film Bhaag Johhny was a washout and her second film Kya Kool Hai Hum 3 is not something that will catapult her into the big league.
Some are also claiming that Salman's growing fondness towards the firang babe, which is highly evident from the way our Bhaijaan is taking strong stances for Mandana inside the house, is the main reason behind the move. The makers of Sultan are now looking for a fresh face, probably a newcomer for the film and Mandana suited that bill.
Salman has already started shooting for Sultan in Karjat and the film is slated to release next year on Eid. The role of the leading lady too will be that of a wrestler in the film, like Salman's.
