Prabhudheva to produce dark psychological thriller
Prabhudheva​ will produce three Tamil films under his banner and 'Vinodhan' will be the first of them.
Prabhudheva, who set up his own production house in Chennai recently, has announced his first project.
The Tamil movie titled Vinodhan (meaning unique) will be made under his banner. The film is said to be a dark psychological thriller directed by debutant director Victor Jayaraj.
Jayaraj said that he was disillusioned with how human psychology has been portrayed in Tamil films and wanted to make something intense with various dimensions. He has chosen newcomer Varun to play the lead role in this film.
Prabhudheva​ is said to be happy with the script and gave the director the nod. The music for this film is by D Imman and Madhan Karky is the lyricist. The heroine for the film has not yet been signed, but it is likely to be a newcomer.
