Remember the very first still from Gauri Shinde's Dear Zindagi that made it to the social media? Yes, the one in which Alia Bhatt is sitting on the floor looking at her phone in joy while Shah Rukh Khan is sitting on the couch beside her, peeping into her phone and flashing his dimpled smile.
This still eventually became the first look of Dear Zindagi. But did you know that the picture wasn't supposed to be shot in the first place? Well, turns out that it was clicked when neither Shah Rukh not Alia were aware of the fact that they are being clicked.
We asked Alia about her memorable moments while shooting for the film and she revealed the story about how this cute and adorable picture was shot, despite not being a part of the film. So here it is in the words of Alia herself:
"Actually if I tell you, ham log bohot games khelte thhe on set, because he likes to keep the atmosphere light which I also enjoy. Ek moment hai which is there in the film you will see, where I’m sitting on the floor and I’m on my phone and main has rahi hu aur woh upar baith kar dekh rahe hain, has rahe hain. That actually happened in between. We were not supposed to be shooting at that time. Ham log aise hi baith ke games khel rahe thhe. Aur Gauri ne dekha and shhhh.. (gestures with her hands) and they rolled the camera. Hamko pata bhi nahi chala ham log waise hi mast games khel rahe thhe. They were setting up something else. So we would do a lot of that. Play a lot of games and chill and just talk about everything."
