Following Saif Ali Khan’s health problems, his girlfriend vows to devote more time to the actor
With Saif Ali Khan being hospitalised for what is allegedly a case of ‘chest pain’, girlfriend Rosa Catalano is being inundated with phone calls enquiring about the actor’s health. Not surprisingly, Rosa is irritated with the flurry of inquiries.
“Saif is doing just fine; all is well with him,” she says in a slightly angry tone, adding that “there’s absolutely nothing wrong with him.”
Routine tests have also been carried out. “The doctors are keeping a check on his condition; they just ran a few tests this morning and he’s doing a lot better,” she tells us.
As far as the probable causes of Saif’s ill health are concerned, Rosa thinks that it just boils down to his tight shooting schedule and non-stop travelling. “The body can only take so much – I guess the work pressure just got to him. But then, these things do happen,” she notes.
However, she is quick to add that he’s going to be all right in a few days’ time. “He just needs to relax and take it easy now. Obviously, he’s not going to be working for the next few days,” she emphasises.
And though she insists that there’s no reason to worry, we can’t help but notice the change of tone in her usually calm voice. Moreover, she has already cancelled all her appointments for the coming days. “Saif has always been my priority and it’s no different now. Of course, I’m going to be by his side,” she explains.
Lastly, ask her if Saif’s parents are coming down to Mumbai any time soon and she replies, “I don’t think that you need to know anymore. Besides, Saif’s sleeping now and I don’t want to disturb him.” Talk about true love, eh?
