Haryanvi siren Sapna Chaudhary is facing trouble currently. The actress has not received payment of her dues from an event where she performed. What's more is that Sapna was supposedly going to donate the money to martyrs of Pulwama terror attack.
The event was hosted in Ludhiana, where she was expected to dance and give a good performance. The singer-actress did so, but received lesser dues than what was promised. While she was supposed to be paid the exact amount of Rs. 8 lakhs, Sapna only received 6 lakhs.
Hence now, if a report by the Times Of India is anything to go by, then Sapna Choudhary’s brother Vikas Choudhary has lodged a police complaint against the event organiser. Vikas was the one to inform about the difference in the money promised and what was received. He also went on to inform that Sapna had decided to donate all the money she receives from the event towards the martyr's families.
The Times Of India quoted a police official as saying, "We have filed a complaint based on Vikas Chaudhury told us. However, both Sapna and her brother do not have any details of the event organisers. The hotel in which Sapna Chaudhury and her brother were staying was also not booked in the organisers name. Police is looking to identify the organisers on the basis of CCTV footage."
