Shah Rukh Khan is called a people's man for a reason. Before doing anything special on his 'special days', he makes it a point to wave out to the people and fans who have made him the superstar he is today. but now, he revealed that it's baby AbRam who's more excited than him to meet the fans. And guess what, he has a special name for all SRK fans!
"It happens almost during every occasion - whether it's my birthday, Diwali or Eid - there is always a huge crowd outside the house. They keep cheering and we do get to hear it outside. Whenever he sees them, he comes up to me and tells me, 'Papa, bachchas have come'," SRK tells us.
He met the reporters at his Bandra residence on Eid but before that, he made it a point to go and meet the sea of fans who've thronged to Mannat to catch a glimpse of him. And who cajoled him? AbRam himself! "I was working the whole night so I was sleeping till late. I thought I will wake up around 2-2.30pm and then meet you guys at around 4pm. He saw the crowd, he came to my room and woke me up. He came and started telling me that my fans have all come. He calls them 'bachchas'. So today, he was all ready in his kurta and he wanted me to come and meet my fans."
SRK is rather pleased with AbRam's attitude towards his fans, whom he considers 'family'. "I don't know how he feels it but he respects the fact that people come outside our house and he makes it a point ki mera haath pakadke balcony tak leke aaye. He always does it and I am happy he gives back the respect to those people who give us so much respect," he said.
