Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, who has often been the public's target for her comments, recently revealed that she speaks from her heart, not from her brain. During the trailer launch of her upcoming flick Neerja, the 30-year-old actress said, "I think my problem is that I only work with my heart and I speak with my heart, I don't use my brain. Whatever I do work, talks or relationships I do it with my heart only."
The 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' star also talked about her fears during the event and revealed that she has ridiculous stage fright. Sonam said, 'I am constantly scared about everything, it takes me a lot to get on stage and talk to people as I have been a very shy and reserved person when I was younger.' She added that she used hide behind her mother when she was younger and lacked actor's personality. Kapoor further said, "Most of the time, I am so scared that I laugh uncontrollably or say all the wrong things."

The 30-year-old "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" actress, who is known for her outspoken nature, revealed she is a shy person in real life. "I constantly fear everything. I have got ridiculous stage fright. It takes me a lot to talk to people. I am very shy and reserved person. I thought I did not have the personality of an actor," Sonam told reporters here at the trailer launch of her upcoming film "Neerja".
The fashionista says after spending around eight years in the industry she has been able to overcome her fears. "After being in the industry for eight years or so I have courage to go on stage perform and talk. I think everyone should overcome something or the other in their lives," she added.
The "Aisha" star essays the life of slain air hostess Neerja Bhanot in the biopic. Veteran actress Shabana Azmi plays the role of her mother. Neerja, a 23-year-old girl, sacrificed her life while protecting 359 passengers aboard a hijacked Pan Am flight 73 in 1986. She became the youngest Ashoka Chakra Award recipient in India. The film is set to release in February 19, 2016.
