Rajeev Sen and Charus Asopa divorced each other in June 2023 after several months of troubled marriage.
Sushmita Sen's brother Rajeev Sen and actress Charu Asopa officially divorced each other in June last year. The two contine to co-parent their daughter Ziana and the three of them are often seen in photos and videos together on social media. This has led many people to assume that the ex-couple might be reuniting soon.
Rajeev has denied any such speculations in his recent interview. Talking to Hindustan Times, he said, "Me and Charu continue to be good friends and we are fully devoted as parents to our daughter Ziana, I have nothing else to say." Rajeev, Charu, and Ziana recently went to Dubai together, along with his mother and sister Sushmita Sen.
Sharing details about the trip, Rajeev added, "My trip with Charu and Ziana was a lot of fun and a beautiful one. Ziana also enjoyed a lot, she was really happy. Co-parenting is going very well. It’s important that Ziana gets a lot of time from my end and the Dubai trip specially was very good in that regard as I got to spend a lot of time with her."
Rajeev and Charu tied the knot with each other in 2019 and after just a few months, reports surfaced about their troubled marriage life. They were blessed with a baby girl Ziana in 2021. In September 2022, the two decided to give their relationship a second chance, however within two months, they made several allegations against each other and finally, divorced each other in 2023.
