Neat freak: “I’m not exactly the neatest person on earth, but I do manage to clean my wardrobe every 20 days or so,” says Anchal.
Eye-catching: A shimmery, shocking pink outfit from Morgan De Toi. “It’s a long skirt with a backless top. The colour is loud, but I just love it!”
Passed over: “My favourite pair of Guess jeans which I live in. I don’t have the heart to give them away.”
Taking stock: Shoes! “Splurging on shoes is my favourite pastime,” she says.
Seasonal must-haves: “The white ganji is a must have in Mumbai.”
Definitely passable: “Balloon skirts! The phase is over girls…move over to straighter skirts,” she laughs.
Patronising: Amongst Indian designers, Anchal loves Suneet Verma, Rocky S and frequently shops at Araiya. Internationally, her favourite stores are River Island, Forever 21 and Bershka.
Steal worthy: A beautiful Suneet Verma dress which is fawn with a white print and a sexy halter neck. “I call it my happy dress,” she smiles.
