Believe it or not, but this isn't an actual photograph; rather a finger-painted portrait of the actor Morgan Freeman made entirely on an iPad.

UK based artist Kyle Lambert, shared this and video on his YouTube account about a week ago and since then it has captured the attention of the entire web community with over 11 million views and uncountable shares across social media. It shows the creation of the painting of the iconic actor, made over 200 hours, on a regular iPad using just his fingers.

As the video trails the paintings progress, the transition from a two dimensional painting to a 'photo realistic portrait' is almost surreal.

.

Even though, this viral video of the painting has been admonished by many as fake, this isn't the first time that Lambert has made art such as this.

A whole section on his website is in fact is dedicated to paintings made on on an iPad. These range from realistic portraits of celebrities such as Rihanna, Beyonce, Megan Fox, Madonna and others, to even regular landscape drawings of landmarks such as the Big Ben, London Bridge.
