Varun Dhawan and Salman Khan

... at the Dream Tour that begins on August 12!

Varun Dhawan is gearing himself for his next, the sequel of dad's Judwaa, which is set to jumpstart by mid-2017. The original too, was directed by Varun's father David Dhawan. The actor known for his chocolate boy looks will leave for the US Dream Tour tonight, where he will be performing to the number Tan Tana Tan from the original film, which has Salman Khan grooving.

The Dream Tour which kicks off on August 12, will also feature other Bollywood favourites – Katrina Kaif, Karan Johar, Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapur.

However, Varun will not be shaking a leg along side Salman since the 50-year-old actor was never supposed to go this tour. So looks like Dhwan Jr will just be dancing to Khan's dance steps. The number Tan Tana Tan has been recreated for the sequel too, and with the young gun preparing to perform to it on the tour, his fans are in for it a treat!

However, Tan Tana Tan is the only song from the original movie to be recreated in its sequel, the rest will be fresh tracks. The 28-year-old lad had previously told a tabloid that the sequel's script is in the process of being finalised. Also, he has not taken up any other new offer yet.
