Vir Das recently attended the gruelling Barry Boot Camp in the US and came away so inspired that he's following it up in India. Vir has taken up six workout forms to keep himself fit. He is doing combined training activities like boot camp, MMA, parkour action, free running, yoga and swimming in a set of three exercises every day.

Vir confirms, "All these regimes are keeping me quite active. When you start a fitness routine, there's no going back. I keep myself engrossed in all these work outs when I am not working and I totally love it. I was actually advised this format of doing multiple forms of workouts by my trainer in the US, under whom I trained at Barry's."
