Karan Johar's latest directorial venture starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has already entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club and the movie is winning hearts all over.
The makers of the film had released the audio track of the song 'Alizeh' just before the release of the movie and we were left waiting for the video of the song to be out. We wondered why the makers released the song so late. But finally, the video track has been unveiled and we're totally digging it.
Those of you, who have seen the movie, may have noticed the song 'Alizeh' with which the movie ends and the film credits roll up on the screen. But not many of you may have noticed that the song appears right at the beginning of the film as well. Remember when Ayan (Ranbir) is asked about the name of his love interest by the interviewer, he tries mumbling (inaudibly) Alizeh's (Anushka) name? It is then that the chorus of the song 'Alizeh' starts playing in the background and we're taken to a flash back of when the two of them first met.
Coming back to the song, it begins with Alizeh explaining to Ayan why she doesn't want to be romantically involved with him. The rest of the video comprises of a montage of some of the most memorable moments of Ayan and Alizeh in the movie. The song essentially explores the inexplicable bond of friendship, love and everything that encompasses in between in a heart warming manner.
Composed by Pritam and penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, 'Alizeh' is crooned by Arijit Singh, Ash King and Shashwat Singh.
