The teaser of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's upcoming film was released on February 5 and within a few hours it has already crossed 600,000 views. The movie is directed by Atlee and stars Vijay along with Samantha and Amy Jackson. The movie is an action entertainer and Vijay plays a cop in it. The music in the film is by G V Prakash.
Theri is produced by renowned producer Kalaipuli Thanu and will release for Tamil New Year.
