The two actors are back on screen after a long time. Karthi and Tamannaah, who starred in Siruthai and Paiyaa, will be seen in Oopiri/Thozha a Telugu/Tamil bilingual. Akkineni Nagarjuna is the main lead actor in the film which has music by Gopi Sundar.
In the video released of the song 'Ayyo Ayyo' from the film, we see pretty Tamannaah, who looks gorgeous in red, being wooed by Karthi. The song seems to have been shot in Spain and the visuals are very appealing.
Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, the movie is a remake of the French film The Intouchables. Shruti Haasan had been first signed on for the film but she walked away citing date issues. Tamannaah was brought in after that. The audio of Oopiri was launched in Hyderabad on March 1.
