In the new clip, Shere Khan (voiced by Idris Elba)is confronting Akela (Giancarlo Esposito) for raising a kid, Mowgli (Neel Sethi), in the jungle, his domain. Akela defends him. But Shere Khan reminds him: "Let me remind you. A man-cub becomes man and man is forbidden!"
Let me take the liberty of swooning over the bone-chilling voice of Idris Elba as his Bengal tiger makes sure that everyone follows the rules of the jungle. A Brit baddie never hurt the eyes, in this case, the ears!
The same character will be voiced by Nana Patekar in the Hindi version of the movie. Once again a man of unique diction.
