The two-minute trailer tells the tale of "two strangers" sharing a heartwarming bond, portrayed by Kalki and Naseeruddin Shah, riding in the "same boat" of problems and "looking for answers" to that.
Waiting, as the trailer shows, speaks about living life with courage, loving someone with ultimate faith and laughing with people even during hard times. The Anu Menon directed movie, which also stars Rajat Kapoor in it, is slated to hit the theatres on May 27.
The Margarita With a Straw actress on Thursday posted the first official poster of the movie on her Twitter handle,
The poster features Kalki sporting a smile and Shah in a pretty jovial mood.
