Yash Raj Films launches India's first transgender band '6 pack'

It’s an initiative created and driven by Y-Films, the youth wing of Yash Raj Films, to help further the cause of gender equality in India.

Yash Raj Films has launched a new fusion band called '6 pack' which is India's first transgender band.  The band has six musicians from the transgender community.

Titled 'Hum Hai Happy', the band's first song is out which is a cover version of Pharell Williams song, 'Happy'. The band has been launched and supported by none other than Sonu Nigam.

The video of this album begins with Anushka Sharma's voiceover. The actress even shared the video on her Twitter profile. She captioned it as "Where words fail, music speaks".

The next song by '6 pack' is expected to release on January 26, which will feature Sonu Nigam. The song has been titled 'Sab Rab De Bande'.
