ROTI

My favourite rasta food is: Chaat at Elco Arcade in Bandra.

My favourite restaurant is: Indigo Deli. Their ‘pick and choose’ platter is awesome.

My favourite nightspot is: It changes constantly. Right now it’s Squeeze, but my other regular favourites are Olive and Indigo.

The most expensive meal I’ve had was at: Golden Dragon (Taj Mahal Palace and Tower). I felt the pinch as I paid for it!

The restaurants with the most value for money food are: The Shiv Sagar outlets, Kareems (Carter Road) and Candies (Pali Hill)!

KAPDA

I shop mostly at: Waterfield Road and Ambedkar Road.

My favourite rasta shopping area is: Behind Linking Road and Colaba Causeway.

My favourite Indian designer are: Malini Ramani and Manish Arora as their clothes have a certain type of energy which suits my body type.

The sale I never miss is: Oh, I hate sales!

The most expensive thing I’ve bought is: I don’t buy expensive stuff; I get gifted. I got these beautiful Chopard glares which I call my ‘Elvis Presley’ glasses.

The cheapest thing I’ve bought is: These little diamante bindi packets from the rasta for two bucks. I use them as nose rings and don’t leave home without them!

The best bargains are at: You can bargain anywhere in Mumbai if you’re smart!

MAKAAN

My favourite area in Mumbai is: Bandra, because it’s full of young, energetic, single, footloose people…so I fit right in!

Heritage structures in Mumbai: Are stunning! They’re beautifully photographed in ‘Bluffmaster’ and you get a sense of pride knowing that this is your city.

The one place that holds fondest memories for me is: Carter Road. I remember spending my summer holidays here with my cousins and walking up and down eyeing cute guys!

The most aesthetic structure in Mumbai is: Besides the Queens Necklace, it’s this bungalow in Juhu called Mayur Mahal. I have a feeling it’s the same bungalow that Siddharth Shanghvi described as Dariya Mahal in his book ‘The Last Song of Dusk’.

Mumbai’s biggest eyesore is: Garbage! Sewage! Wastage!
