Battlegrounds Mobile India vs PUBG Mobile India - Differences between two games
Though Battlegrounds Mobile India has a lot in common with PUBG Mobile, there are quite a few stark differences to watch out for.
Battlegrounds Mobile India’s beta testing version is available for early access to pre-registered users. According to reviews by gaming enthusiasts, the beta version of the Battlegrounds Mobile India has a lot in common with PUBG Mobile, including the game’s maps, interface, weapons and more. However, there are some things that are different from the original PUBG Mobile.
Here is a list of what’s different in Battlegrounds Mobile India from PUBG Mobile:
1) Battlegrounds Mobile India will have restrictions for children and teenagers. Players below 18 years of age will have new restrictions in Battlegrounds Mobile India and will need to register for the game with a phone number that belongs to their parents or guardian.
2) Gameplay management system: PUBG Mobile India limited hours spent by a player while playing the hugely popular game, but Battlegrounds Mobile India will provide more frequent reminders to the gamer to limit screen time. Also, the system now prompts players to check their posture and environment. In order to prevent younger players from getting influenced by the game, the game now features timely reminders that tell you that it is a fictional setting in a virtual world.
3) The default server set for the majority of Battlegrounds Mobile India will continue to be India but the players will need to choose different servers from the settings page.
4) Players are met with a new tutorial mini-game once they start playing Battlegrounds Mobile India. This includes a training routine that will explain how basic game mechanics like movement, weapon-picking, weapon-switching and weapon add ons will work.
5) Battlegrounds Mobile India seems to have an emphasis on eliminating the game’s elements that show extreme violence. Hence, the gameplay will now indicate ‘Finishes’ instead of ‘Kills’ whenever you take another player down. You get similar messages for teammates ‘finishing’ other players.
6) In an attempt to make Battlegrounds Mobile India less violent, you will no longer get red marks on landing hits and getting damaged yourself. Instead, you will only have colour options between green and yellow. This again appears to be a decision to make the game appear ‘less violent’. The game also features no falling dead bodies and killing (finishing) someone leads to them disintegrating into green leaves.
7) Battlegrounds Mobile India also ensures that players who are new to the game, do have in-game clothing options right from the beginning. This is in stark contrast to PUBG Mobile, where players’ in-game characters would only start out with their underwear and would have to unlock clothing items as they progress.
