There is no denying the fact lakhs of PUBG fans in India are waiting for the launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India, which is seen as an Indian version of hugely popular PUBG Mobile India. It may be recalled that PUBG Mobile India was banned by the Indian government in September last year over data privacy concerns.
Speculations are rife that Battlegrounds Mobile India developer Krafton would release the game in June but Krafton is yet to make any official announcement in this regard.
It is to be noted that within few weeks since the announcement of Battlegrounds Mobile India has surpassed 20 million pre-registrations on the Google Play Store.
"20 MILLION Pre-Registrations!. Thank You, India for the tremendous love! BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA is now open for Pre-Registrations. Get your squad and grab exciting rewards!" the company said.
Krafton had recently posted a new teaser of Battlegrounds Mobile India on social media platforms, including Facebook.
Earlier, several reports surfaced claiming that Battlegrounds Mobile India will launch in India on June 10 but a recent report has claimed that the Battlegrounds Mobile India will launch on June 18.
A well-known tipster and PUBG Mobile influencer Sagar Thakur aka Maxtern teased PUBG Mobile Indian version's release date recently. In his latest tweet, Maxtern noted a binary code that translates to 18062021. According to Maxtern, this means that Battlegrounds Mobile India will release on June 18.
Few days ago, another report had claimed that Battlegrounds Mobile India would release on June 18. Currently, the game is up for pre-orders only for Android users on the Google Play store. On pre-registering for Battlegrounds Mobile India, the users will get rewards as well.
