Smriti Irani
Ironical but true; she participated in the 1998 Miss India contest with fellow actress Gauri Pradhan at the onset of her career before embarking on her debut on TV. She became the most popular bahu and in the process her figure also started showing the amount of popularity she enjoys. As she usually takes the central role, it hardly leaves any space for someone else to fit into the same frame.
P.S: She is sporty enough to call herself a behenji, kudos! The daughters-in-law of the country admire you, so it’s time to be back in shape to send the right signals!
Ram Kapoor
He had small stints in films like Monsoon Wedding and Hazaron Khawishen Aisi, besides acting in Ghar Ek Mandir. Needless to say, he was one of the fittest actors (those nice memories, aha!); we guess Gautami fell for it too. Years later, he resurfaced and rose to fame as the plump Mr Walia. Though his wife has delivered a baby recently, it’s his figure which tells the tale.
P.S: He has started working out. Good luck.

The out-of-shape avatar might work for Bhojpuri item numbers and Raja, but spare us please. Bigg Boss was okay, but the thunder thigh dance acts are too heavy for family viewing. Talk about a crash diet, bhauji.
Sakshi Tanwar
We all know you owe everything to Parvati bhabhi, but that doesn’t mean you will be stuck with the attire called sari forever. As Kahaani…has come to an end; it’s time to try out a new dress code and you know what to do next.
Sudha Chandran
We are waiting to see you with a little less make-up and weight. The weight is over, but the waiting is not!
Ali Asgar
Dear Mr Kamal, Kahaani… is over long back and you are no longer alive. But you still look the same. Why does the deja vu seem perennial?
Ashwini Kalsekar
Making the vamp Jigyasa menacing was really a commendable job. At least half of the same effort can go towards losing some weight too. What say?
