Cause of Brain Fog
Also known as blurring of the brain, brain fog occurs when blood clots are formed in patients during their duration of infection. Brain Fog can also happen due to less supply of oxygen to the patient's brain during their treatment of the COVID-19 disease. While COVID-19 impacts the organs of the body, it also has an effect on the patient's brain.
Symptoms of Brain Fog:
A COVID-recovered person suffering from brain fog can also experience fatigue, body ache, headache, and sleeplessness. However, it is not clear how one person can suffer from brain fog post his recovery from COVID-19.
During brain fog, one can suffer from depression and can have difficulty concentrating. Some can also suffer from loss of appetite. Patients suffering from brain fog can also need to take proper counselling to overcome it.
While in brain fog long COVID, patients can also suffer from insomnia, irritability, lack of understanding, and clear thinking, sometimes a person can also stammer while thinking. In these cases, the person should be taken to the doctor's consultation.
