Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)

With obesity, your body mass index increases, which results in increase in plaque collecting in your arteries. This could lead to coronary heart diseases.

Blood Pressure

Obese people have increased chances of getting hypertension which can increase risks of developing heart disease.

Abnormal fats

LDL or bad cholestrol and triglycerides increases in obese person whereas HDL or good cholestrol can decrease. This can lead to heart disease.
