Ziqitza GMRAS also became the first independent Private Ambulance Service Provider in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
Ziqitza Healthcare Limited was born in 2005, our motto has been very simple throughout our evolution, “save human lives”. This vision stems out of personal experiences leading to awareness about the importance as well as the need for easy availability and accessibility of professional, timely and pocket friendly emergency medical services in India. Our headstrong passion has led to creation of a gigantic network of 3300+ fully equipped basic and advanced life support ambulances across the country.
At Ziqitza HealthCare Limited (ZHL), the motto has been that each life is very important, regardless of an individual’s social, economic and financial background. In our greed and hunger to convert this belief into tangible actions, we cater to every emergency medical requirement, whether it is of an individual, an organization, a hospital, the government or the country itself. We also recognize the fact that the first few minutes of an accident or a major ailment, are very critical in saving a life. This led to building the best emergency response service in India which is at par with 911 in the USA and 999 in the UK.
With Ziqitza GMRAS, we also became the first independent Private Ambulance Service Provider in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Licensed by Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, Government of Dubai, we assist people during emergency and non-emergency situations across the Middle East.

We also pride in successfully setting up the First Responder Program which strives to resolve the two-fold challenge. Firstly, the need for emergency medical services in a vast country like India and secondly, the lack of training centers and institutes that creates skilled and sensitive professionals. We have built a highly successful and differentiated Public Private Partnership business and have introduced several international best practices in this area in India. The current pandemic has pretty much transformed the way India works and has underlined the need for actively reimagining primary healthcare and response services for population at large.”
Ziqitza has not only witnessed but also partnered the dramatic change in the EMS scenario in India. Today, India boasts an EMS system that’s expanded exponentially and geographically. It’s gone beyond the early concepts, and the focus has shifted from being injury centric to covering all emergencies. It’s changed from being urban oriented to being Pan-India. Like in the United States, the primary focus is no longer on road traffic accidents. EMS is fast evolving as an integral part of healthcare system. With a varied experience of almost two decades in the healthcare sector, expansion of product portfolio with ever evolving customer needs is a natural progression for Ziqitza Healthcare Limited.
