When you touch me, I feel so 'Holy' is the hook line of the song. The one thing that adds beauty to the song is the calm voice of Bieber.
Justin has turned into a labourer in the song, who struggles to meet basic needs and has to even get rid of his house. The only person he has by his side, is the love of his life, played by Ryan Destiny.
A song that keeps hope alive, 'Holy' has Wilmer Valderrama in a special appearance, and it indeed is pretty damn special for Justin and Ryan. The couple finds a family and shares happy moments, and are finally at peace, deep in love.
