During an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle revealed that they are having a baby girl. In February this year, the couple's spokesperson confirmed that they are expecting a second child. The statement read as "We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child." Now, in the much-awaited sit-down interview, Meghan who was visibly pregnant revealed the sex of their child.
Prince Harry stated, "It’s a girl." When asked about his reaction to knowing it's a girl, Harry shared, "Amazing. Just grateful. To have any child, any one or two, would be amazing. But to have a boy and then a girl, what more could you ask for? Now we’ve got our family, the four of us and our two dogs. It’s great."
He also revealed that Meghan and he wouldn't be having more children.
During the interview, Meghan spoke at length about Harry and her son Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor not getting any title. She said, "They didn't want him to be a prince or princess, not knowing what the gender would be, which would be different from protocol, and (said) that he wasn't going to receive security. In those months when I was pregnant... we have in tandem the conversation of, you won't be given security, not gonna be given a title and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he's born."
