'Sex and the City' actor Sarah Jessica Parker is making waves on the internet with the new photos from the set of the 'SATC' reboot 'And Just Like That'. In the photos which have surfaced online, Sarah can be seen dressed in a fuchsia pink and blue chequered pattern blouse with a matching lehenga. Sarah also accompanied her outfit with 'maang tikka' and tied her hair into a braid with fresh flowers adorning it.
However, what caught netizens' attention was that Sarah's outfit was designed by none other than Indian designer Falguni Shane Peacock.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Falguni also re-shared posts on Sarah wearing the lehenga. Sharing the photo of Sarah in the outfit, Falguni's Instagram account captioned it saying, "Sarah Jessica Parker @sarahjessicaparker is a sight to behold in a custom Falguni Shane Peacock Lehenga in her latest outing ‘And Just Like That’."
Describing the outfit, Falguni wrote, "Sarah is seen wearing an exquisitely handcrafted, red-based, multicoloured Lehenga with intricate embroidery of silk threads and adorned with sequins, crystals, and beads. The Lehenga is styled with handcrafted, full sleeves, cropped corset blouse. Sarah completed the look with a floral hairdo."
For the unversed, 'And Just Like That...' is all set to release in December and will follow Carrie (SJP), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they navigate friendship in their 50s. Original series star Kim Cattrall will not return for the sequel, following a much-publicised feud with Sarah. Since the last feature film, the cast has been open about spats between Kim and the other stars, notably Sarah.
