Lok Sabha Election Results 2024: Key candidates to watch out for in South India

The counting of votes for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 and the state polls will start at 8 am on Tuesday.

As the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 concluded on June 1, the counting of votes will begin on Tuesday (June 4) from 8 am. Counting will be done for 543 Lok Sabha seats including 129 seats in South India. The region is dominated by regional parties. Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram, Wayanad and Hyderabad are some of the key constituencies to watch out for on Tuesday. Check political heavyweights who are in the fray from this region.

He is a 4-time Member of Parliament representing the Hyderabad constituency in Lok Sabha. This time, he is against the BJP's Madhavi Latha. Hyderabad seat is one of the key seats to watch out for.

The Congress leader has been an MP for Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) since 2009. This time too, he is contesting from the same seat.
