MIDNAPORE: About 130 students fell ill after having chicken and rice at a school feast under Mohonpur police station in this district.
Egra Additional Chief Medical Officer B B Chand said here on Monday that the students fell ill after the feast at Nimpura High School on Sunday.
About 20 students were admitted to the Egra Hospital while 50 others had been admitted to the Bagda Health Centre. The rest 60 students were released after preliminary treatment, Dr Chand said.
