State Panchayati Raj Minister Kalpataru Das said this while replying a question in the Odisha Assembly on Tuesday. Das said that a proposal has been sent to the Centre demanding 1.16 lakh houses for poor families in six districts under Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) in the first phase.
