In yet another major reshuffle the state government transferred 30 officers of the Indian Police Services. The Jodhpur commissionerate got a new commissioner while the Jaipur Commissionerate has got new additional commissioners.
Ajmer Range IG Biju George Joseph has been made the Commissioner of Jodhpur. IG Dinesh MN has been transferred and brought back to the Anti Corruption Bureau as its Inspector General.
Additional Commissioner at Jaipur Commissionerate Nitin Deep Blaggan has been made the Deputy Inspector General in SOG while firebrand cop Vikas Kumar has been shifted from DIG Civil Defence to DIG CID (Crime Branch).
Jaipur rural SP, Ajay Pal Lamba, has been made Additional Commissioner (II) at Jaipur Commissionerate. Apart from this in Jaipur, DCP North Satyendra Singh has also been appointed as DIG Armed Battalion while his counterpart in Jaipur West Ashok Kumar Gupta has been made DIG police planning, modernisation and welfare. Meanwhile Bikaner SP Sawai Singh Godara has been shifted and made DIG ACB Jodhpur.
