TRS today alleged that the Andhra Pradesh government was providing water for the crops in coastal Andhra region at the cost of Telangana.
"The government is not providing water to the Kothagudem Thermal Power Station (KTPS) in Telangana as it diverted water to the third crop in coastal Andhra. As a result power production came to a halt at KTPS," senior TRS leader T Harish Rao told reporters here.
He also claimed that the Congress Government was not allocating gas to the state-run power plant at Karimnagar in Telangana.
