Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Sunday blamed India Against Corruption leader Arvind Kejriwal for playing politics in the name of his campaign against corruption in public life.
"Kejriwal first aligned with Anna Hazare in the name of a campaign against corruption. After Prime Minister Manmohan Singh fulfilled all the demands for strengthening the anti-corruption mechanism in the country, he had nothing else to do," Shinde said here.
"Now he has formed a political party and is playing politics," Shinde added.
"The Congress is a strong party which is growing from strength to strength. We do not fear any adversary," he told reporters at the headquarters of the state Congress where he had gone to meet party activists and leaders.
Shinde concluded his three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir Sunday.
