Arvind Kejriwal takes over Alok Nath with #YoKejriwalSoHonest jokes, tops trends on Twitter
From being the 'Man Of The Moment' to rubbing shoulders with the likes of Rajinikanth and "Sir" Jadeja, Arvind Kejriwal has come a long way since his political debut.
Ever since he swept Delhiites off their feet with his claims of a corruption-free government, Kejriwal has been under constant scrutiny. Be it his dressing style, his ill health, his refusal to accept any government perks or the fiasco at his janta darbar in Delhi, everything is being reviewed under a microscope.
While he created quite a buzz on the social media post his grand political debut, it was about time that tweeple took his case in hands.
With the hashtag #YoKejriwalSoHonest topping the trends on the microblogging site, actor Alok Nath, who was trolled on social media recently, seems to have heaved a sigh of relief.
The tweets started to pour in late on Friday night and was the top trend in India by Saturday morning and remained so throughout Sunday.
Going on the lines of the popular "Yo Mamma" jokes, the cheeky one-liners doing the rounds on Twitter took potshots at the Delhi chief minister's claims of honesty.
Keeping true to its brand of humour, the Twitter jokes ranged from being funny to irreverent. Here are some that had us in splits:

Last week, veteran film actor Alok Nath started trending for no apparent reason. The actor, who is known for playing roles of the sanskari father on television as well as film, was trolled with people poking fun at his being sanskari. Some people on Twitter even took this opportunity to create an Alok Nath-Arvind Kejriwal mashup:
