Bapatla Lok Sabha Election Results 2019: The contest in the Parliamentary election in Bapatla was held on April 11 in the first phase of Lok Sabha election 2019. BJP’s Dr Challagali Kishore Kumar, Congress’ Jesudasu Seelam, YSR Congress Party's Nandigam Suresh and TDP’s Sriram Malyadri were the key candidates in fray in 2019.

YSR Congress Nandigam Suresh wins by huge margin of 16065 votes.

The key contest in Bapatla was held in between Naidu's TDP and Reddy's YSRCP. Bapatla has 4,889,230 of total population according to the 2011 census. Santhanuthalapadu and Vemuru assembly segments here have been reserved for candidates representing Scheduled Caste community.

Bapatla Parliamentary constituency results in 2014, 2009 and 2004

2014: Malyadri Sriram(M) of the TDP had won the seat in the previous Lok Sabha election after he secured 578145 votes. He defeated Varikuti Amruthapani’s (M) of the YSRCP who got 545391. 

2009: Lakshmi (F) of the Congress received 460757 votes. He defeated Malyadri Sriram(M) of the TDP who got 391419 votes.

2004: Daggubati Purandareswari (F) of the Congress secured 411099 votes and defeated Daggubati Ramanaidu (M) of the TDP who received 317017 votes.

Lok Sabha election 2019 in Andhra Pradesh was held across all 25 parliamentary seats in the first phase on April 11. The state also witnessed simultaneous assembly election 2019.
