According to Mumbai police, Bhatkal brothers belonging to Indian Mujahideen are behind the Varanasi blast which took place yesterday.
Iqbal Bhatkal and Riyaz Bhatkal are in Pakistan.
Police said, the modus operandi of the blast pointed them toward the Mujahideen.
