It was almost a Peepli Live moment outside the Delhi High Court as mediapersons were seen hankering for bytes from lawyers and those helping the victims soon after the explosion.
While some lawyers, who their colleagues claimed were not near the site at the time of the blast, were describing the scene after the explosion, another lawyer was seen taking his stunned woman client to TV cameras.
The lawyer's clerk had apparently taken the woman to get a pass made when the blast occurred.
"This is their craze for getting into TV," said a lawyer.
When reporters asked her questions, the woman was in such misery that she could not speak.
A TV reporter was seen pestering a young lawyer who was helping the injured. When she ask him to give his version, he refused.
The reporter said, "It is your duty to help media" but the lawyer shot back, "I know what I am doing and now I should help the victims."
