Kolkata's underground train services were disrupted during peak hours after a man allegedly committed suicide this morning.

Train services were disrupted between 10.10am and 10.47am leading to harassment of thousands of office-goers and school children.

Metro officials said that during this period, a few trains ran between Dumdum and Maidan in the north and Kavi Nazrul to Tollygunge in the south.
