The Noida's DLF Mall of India received a bomb threat via email on Saturday. Movie screening had to be stopped midway and people were evacuated after police received an email claiming that a bomb may have been planted.

Ambience Mall in Gurugram also received a bomb threat via email on Saturday morning. Following the developments, police and the bomb disposal squad promptly reached the mall in Gurugram to conduct a search operation.

The police team immediately asked the mall and store staffers, visitors and moviegoers to vacate the premises. DLF Mall of India is located in Noida, a multiplex cinema, entertainment zone, and food zone among others. It also houses stores of leading brands of apparel, footwear, sportswear and salons among others. 

DLF Mall of India, Noida was closed for a few hours as a precaution since the threat email didn't specify a particular location.
