Delhi-NCR Weather Update: Capital witnesses rain today; IMD issues yellow alert till this day; check full forecast

IMD forecasted on Sunday that Delhi would have mostly overcast skies with light rain throughout the day, after the incident that destroyed a central Delhi coaching centre and killed three IAS candidates the day before.

It is expected that the highest temperature would revolve around 36 degrees Celsius. 7.8 percent of the air was humid at 8.30 AM.
At 9 am, the Central Pollution Control Board mentthat the national capital's Air Quality Index (AQI) was reading 91, placing it in the "satisfactory" category.
Light to moderate rains are expected on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the India Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert.
The IMD added that Pusa received 26.5 mm of rain between 8.30 AM and 5.30 PM. However, extremely little rain was witnessed in Narela, Najafgarh, and SPS Mayur Vihar within that same time frame.
