The question paper for annual examination of B.Com final year of Delhi University's School of Open Learning allegedly got leaked on WhatsApp for the third consecutive day on Friday but authorities.
Candidates appearing at the exam claimed while the Financial Management paper was circulated among candidates at 2.30 PM half an hour before the examination scheduled at 3 PM, the Economics and English question papers were leaked in a similar manner on Thursday and Friday.
However, the college authorities dismissed them as rumours and said there was a strict mechanism in place to keep a check on such incidents.
Chairperson of the Campus of Open Learning and governing body of SOL, C S Dubey said "the seal of our question papers for the day is broken by the observer himself hence there is no such chance of any discrepancy.
"We also have flying squads to keep a check on such incidents but these are all baseless rumours", he said.
Dubey had on Thursday claimed that the paper could have been circulated on WhatsApp after the examination started.
"It is very much possible that once the paper was distributed, any candidate would have walked out and sent screenshots. It cannot be a case of leak," he had said.
The OSD at varsity's examination department, which deals with complaints of this nature, wasn't available for his comment on the issue.
