DMK general secretary Vaiko who called on Stalin at the hospital said there was nothing to worry about, "I spoke to him and he will soon resume his normal work."

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) president MK Stalin, who underwent a minor surgical procedure in Chennai on Thursday morning, has been discharged from the hospital.

“Stalin was admitted to the hospital late last night. He underwent a minor surgical procedure for the removal of a cyst from his right thigh,” a press statement from Apollo Hospitals here said on Thursday.
