The complainant alleged that they were raped and blackmailed at the Easy Visa Education Consultants' office in October 2021, prompting them to file a police complaint. However, a state report indicated that the complainant did not cooperate with the investigation. The report also mentioned that Amit Kakkar's father-in-law filed a counter-complaint, claiming the allegations were false. According to the counter-complaint, Amit Kakkar was in his office at the time of the alleged incident, which was corroborated by CCTV footage.

The court was informed that a notice had been issued to Stellar Cyber Analytics Pvt. Ltd. to obtain the DDR hard disk and certificates under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, along with expert opinions. These materials have been seized and sent to the Rohini Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for examination, with results still pending. Emphasising the importance of the FSL report, the court directed the director of FSL Rohini to present it in a sealed envelope before the next hearing. The case remains under judicial scrutiny, with the court awaiting forensic findings to determine the next course of action.

Earlier Allegations on Amit Kakkar

A few years ago, the Chandigarh Police had uncovered an immigration racket led by Amit Kakkar after the British embassy in New Delhi informed them about an immigration company based in the city issuing fake bank guarantees and documents for immigration. Following this tip-off, the Chandigarh police raided the company's office in Sector 42 and unearthed one of the biggest immigration rackets in the region.
