EducationWorld (EW) India conducted the 8th annual preschool rankings 2017-18 this year city wise survey, rated and ranked 527 preschools for youngest children countrywide in 16 cities.

Besant Montessori School, Juhu (proprietary), Kangaroo Kids, Chembur (franchised) were ranked first among top ten schools in Mumbai. 

EducationWorld, in association with the Delhi-based market research and opinion polls company Centre for Forecasting and Research Pvt. Ltd (C fore), conducted its 8th annual EducationWorld India preschool rankings 2017-18 survey in 16  cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kochi, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bhopal, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Noida. The standalone proprietary and franchised preschools ( pre-primary) in four metros and 12 cities are ranked separately. 

Following an upsurge in sexual abuse cases among crimes reported against smallest children from schools across the country, this year’s survey has given special attention to the parameter of safety and hygiene. The top 10 proprietary and franchised pre-primaries will be felicitated at the 8th EW Early Childhood Education National Conference scheduled for January 20, 2018 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangalore. A national sample database of 8,002 respondents comprising parents with preschool children, principals and teachers were interviewed for survey. 

From Delhi The Magic Years, Vasant Vihar (proprietary), Kangaroo Kids, New Friends Colony (franchised) are ranked first in survey.
